Being the spur-of-the-moment, do everything on our own kind of guys that we are, we have developed a knack for cooking.  Due to our new-found talent with the culinary arts, we have decided to devise a cookbook with all of our original recipes in it, many of which were designed as last minute meals yet turned out amazingly tasty.  When reading our recipes you must note that all amounts and sizes are fairly irrelevant and are usually eyeballed on the spot and tweaked accordingly.  But the one thing we have discovered over the course of many nights of cooking is that alcohol does in fact improve just about every food imaginable!

Orange Salmon

Named for its strange but strangely appealing inclusion of orange liquor.
NOTE: Once you have mastered the art of flambé, this dish is made quite impressive by the simple spectacle of lighting the liquor on fire as its poured.  A very good way to impress a date.
Ingredients:
Salmon Steaks
Cognac and Orange Liquor
One Stick Of Butter (real genuine, not imitation, butter)
Lemon Pepper
Slices of Lemon
Steps:
Allow the grill to heat up
Mix the Cognac and Orange Liquor and one stick of butter in a skillet and heat until liquefied
Place slices of lemon in the mixture
Sprinkle lemon pepper over the salmon steaks and begin grilling in the skillet
Add more Liquor as necessary and cook until done

Tequila Blu Chicken

Named for the last minute injection of Tequila into the recipe

Mexican-Jack Tepia

Tepia...did you know that was a type of fish?  We do now!  It does contain an interesting blend of Tequila and Jack Daniels, strange mix but oddly satiable
Ingredients:
Tepia Fillets (as many as you can eat!)
One Stick of Butter (genuine butter, as always)
Jack Daniel's Sauce
TEQUILA!!
Lemon Slices
Steps:
Let the skillet heat up and coat the bottom with a mixture of tequila, lemon juice, and butter.
Spread a good amount of Jack Daniel's sauce along all sides of each fillet
Allow the fillets to simmer until they turn the appropriate color, brown around the edges
If necessary, add more tequila, jack daniel's sauce, or lemon as you see fit.   Lemon pepper is also optional but recommended.
After the fish browns enjoy your Mexican-Jack Tepia!
